Help us foster satisfaction and service experiences that transform lives of our community.In this role, you''ll:Join a high performing team (Procurement Team) within our Transport Shared Services Service Centre based in Wagga Wagga. You will service a variety of internal and external staff via telephone, live chat and email. Youll manage yourself to work through high volumes of enquiries, adhere to set processes and share best practice across the team.You will act as the first point of contact across multiple customer service channels, providing prompt and proactive customer service, processing transactions, and escalating where necessary in a timely manner.This is a temporary position until 9th May 2025 in our Wagga office.You have worked for an established organisation providing customer service either face to face or over the phone. Youre process driven and able to ask the right questions to find a solution efficiently.
