You would be the primary point of contact for our clients - ensuring that we fulfil all our allocations, managing bookings, helping to find and match our carriers with loads, and updating and managing our systems.As the Linehaul Allocator you will be responsible for linehaul movements across Australia.ResponsibilitiesReceive emails and calls from clients requesting either local and interstate loadsUpdate our internal systems for all bookingsSupport with customer service enquiriesManage and organize driver delivery allocation, run planning and other operational requirements.Champion safety on site and ensure the health and safety responsibilities of all staff are effectively communicated.Day to day planning and coordination of pick up-ups and deliveriesEfficient utilization of contract carriers and internal driversEnsure Delivery In Full On Time (DIFOT) is metEnsure systems and processes are adhered toOperations are conducted in accordance with safety and COR standardsRegularly meet with Clients to ensure we are meeting expectationsRecruitment of Internal Drivers into the Ezi Loads teamJob requirementsMinimum 12 months in a similar role or have transferrable skills.A wide network of interstate and local carriers around Australia would be very advantageousManage drivers and loads after hoursStrong work ethics and dedicationAbility to work proactively and solve problemsStrong stakeholder management and leadership ability.Enjoys autonomy being a self-starterHave intermediate computer skills - Google, Excel, Word and Transport systemsPossess strong communication SkillsHave a strong Customer Service focusProven problem-solving abilitiesBe results-orientedBe a team player who works hard but is willing to have a laughTo be considered, you must be entitled to work in the specified country and be prepared to undertake pre-employment checks including a criminal history check and medical assessment.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionPurchasing and Supply ChainIndustriesTruck Transportation #J-18808-Ljbffr
