Discovery Sales Leader - Australia and New Zealand at CytivaThe Account Manager is responsible for driving overall customer success aligned to the Cytiva strategy and goals, leveraging all of the Cytiva account team. They own the overall customer relationship across the account, and are the primary contact between the company and customers. They grow the business through an understanding of the market, an awareness and familiarity with the needs of customers, and knowledge of the product portfolio.This position is part of the Discovery Sales team located in Australia & New Zealand, and will be fully remote.What youll do:Develop and implement strategic account plans to achieve sales targets and drive business growth within the assigned territory.Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key stakeholders, including scientists, procurement, and senior management.Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and potential new clients, updating and maintaining in CRM system (salesforce.com).Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, technical support, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.Undertake other duties as assigned from time to time.Seniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionSales and Business Development #J-18808-Ljbffr
