The purpose of this role is act as a true partner to the business and to provide strategic support to key parts of the business. We are looking for someone to support a variety of different teams and help support our positive environment with all our colleagues.In this role, you will work across a huge range of different activities:The role will assist with ensuring the Jensen Hughes Pacific People Strategy is implemented.Ensure compliance with all Legislation and other standards/requirements across Australia and New Zealand.Execute a full range of HR activities from strategy to program design to day to day problem-solving.Contribute to the development of strategic and operational plans relating to the Human Resources function.Work with each of Jensen Hughes Pacific service functions to develop a HR plan that intentionally lifts the employee experience.Actively work towards positive engagement and communications with, and between colleagues.Foster a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging across the organisation.Responsible for maintaining accurate personnel records and update databases/systems where required.Assist with the issuing of employment agreements and new starter related documentation.Assist with managing the administration of the HR on-boarding including some payroll administrative tasks, induction process and off-boarding process for new and exiting employees.Some travel to regional offices (Australia / New Zealand) may be required.Requirements And QualificationsMust be an Australian Citizen/Permanent Resident.Desirable to have 7+ years of experience in Human Resources including management experience. You will be managing one direct report (HR Coordinator).Hold a tertiary qualification in Human Resource Management at degree level of qualification in a related discipline.Someone who loves collaborating with all stakeholders.Be familiar with all Company policies and procedures and ensure that any staff supervised abide by these policies and procedures as well.Be familiar with the Work Health and Safety requirements for the office and onsite.Personal drive, results-orientated with a friendly, can-do attitude and a high level of honesty, integrity, commitment and responsibility.Jensen Hughes is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
