This role involves delivering TBI programs and coaching using Bersins 4E Continuous Learning Model to ensure learners meet role accreditation and Westpac Group standards.You will act as a change agent by advocating for the groups strategy and leading innovations in learning practices. By collaborating and exploring new methods, you will enhance the learner experience.You will stay current with industry trends and best practices through professional development and networking.Additionally, you will contribute to design reviews of learning solutions, facilitate virtual learning through webinars, and provide coaching to integrate Role Ready frameworks and tools in real-time.Training sessions will be conducted onsite, face-to-face, across the country on a monthly basis, with the majority of sessions held in Sydney and Melbourne. Frequent travel is required to ensure comprehensive training delivery nationwide.Key ResponsibilitiesFacilitation of a range of behavioural and technical learning programs for various roles across the Consumer & Business Banking Division for new and existing Westpac Group employees.Utilise face-to-face and virtual delivery mediums to create a quality learning experience.Coaching new starters in embedding Role Ready learning content in their roles.Review current content to ensure user experience and compliance standards are maintained.Participate in change activities & undertake minor design maintenance work as required (working with our Capability Design Teams).Providing insights on the design of learning programs from a learner and facilitation experience perspective.Lead without authority and exercise people coordination skills.Exercise coordinated & planned course delivery & time management.Regularly monitor and evaluate the outcomes and impact of coaching interventions.
