This pivotal role will lead a talented national team of Retail Design and Tenancy Delivery Manager, ensuring seamless, safe, and standout shop openings that deliver real value for our stakeholders.As a strategic leader, you will collaborate across key areas of our businessfrom Retail Partners and Asset Management to Development, Leasing, and Fund Managersplaying a vital role in our ambition to be Australias leading diversified real estate investment manager.Please note - this role can be based in Sydney or Melbourne.What you will be doingLeading and mentoring the team to uphold an Experience First mindset.Encouraging continuous improvement in systems, processes, and strategies to maintain market leadership in retail partnerships.Analysing and optimising the Closed to Open process to improve efficiency, enhance value, and maximise return on investment.Working with Sustainability and Centre Asset Teams to integrate sustainable practices into design and tenancy delivery.Leading the design approval process for new and renewed retail spaces, ensuring alignment with fit-out and style guidelines.Overseeing major design projects, including large-format stores, mini majors, and national tenant design agreements.Maintaining detailed reports on project status across the retail portfolio, ensuring transparency and accountability.Promoting a strong safety culture by ensuring all team members receive appropriate training for working in and around construction sites.What makes you stand outWith a background in Design, Project Management, or Construction, you have got what it takes to lead teams, drive change, and deliver real results.
