We approach our work in a warmer, more optimistic, and inclusive way.What this opportunity involves:The Centre Manager will take responsibility for an exclusive shopping destination in Gosford, a favourite for the local community offering a great selection of dining, fresh food, fashion, home, gifts & craft, jewellery and banks/services.The primary location of this role is Gosford but will require travel every week to 2 other centres.Your focus in this role is to provide superior oversight of these properties under management and a high level of service to the client, whilst minimising risk to the owner by leading and developing the onsite team.This is a broad-ranging management role with areas of responsibility including strategic vision & planning, financial, client reporting, EH&S, operational, staff management, and external stakeholder relationship management.This is an exciting opportunity to step into a pivotal role with high visibility in the local community.Sound like you?You will hold shopping centre management or retail property experience, however ultimately you will have the perfect blend of ambition and ability!Youll hold a high degree of independence, a proactive work approach and youre naturally energetic, holding a high standard of communication where you can relate to others easily.
