We''re on a mission to redefine the customer experience, and we need a passionate Cyber Analyst to join our team in Australia.The M365 Specialist Secure Score Uplift is responsible for proactively improving the Microsoft Secure Score across client tenants by implementing best practices, security baselines, and configuration enhancements within Microsoft 365 environments. The role will focus on identifying, planning, and executing proactive uplift activities that strengthen the security posture of our clients Microsoft 365 environments, ensuring alignment with industry standards, compliance obligations, and customer expectations.What You''ll Do:Conduct regular reviews of Microsoft Secure Score across all client tenants using Microsoft 365 Admin Center and Lighthouse.Identify and prioritise security improvement opportunities based on risk, compliance needs, and business impact.Implement technical security controls and configuration changes across Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, Entra ID/Azure AD, etc.).Collaborate with internal teams, client stakeholders, and account managers to schedule and execute uplift activities with minimal business disruption.Maintain documentation for each uplift, including before/after snapshots, risk mitigation strategies, and implemented changes.Communicate proposed security changes clearly with clients and provide education and recommendations where required.Work with the Cyber team and Modern Workplace team to align efforts and share uplift strategies, results, and outcomes.Report on Secure Score trends, successes, and areas for improvement across the client portfolio.Ensure changes follow internal change management and client approval processes.Assist in the development of M365 security baselines and reusable uplift templates.Stay up to date with Microsoft 365 roadmap changes and incorporate new recommendations into uplift activities.What You''ll Bring:3+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and security.Deep knowledge of M365 workloads (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, Entra ID/Azure AD, Defender for 365).Experience working with and interpreting Microsoft Secure Score.Demonstrated ability to implement secure configuration best practices.Strong understanding of identity management, MFA, conditional access, DLP, compliance policies, and threat protection within Microsoft 365.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical changes to non-technical stakeholders.Familiarity with Microsoft 365 licensing and feature sets.Experience working with PowerShell for Microsoft 365 administration is a plus.Relevant certifications (e.g., MS-500, SC-300, SC-200) are highly desirable.Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information to IT and non-IT stakeholders.Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy and a commitment to meeting tight deadlines.Ability to manage ambiguity and adapt to a rapidly changing business environment to prioritise accordingly.Strong interpersonal skills, intellectual rigour and curiosity, and ability to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Why You''ll Love Working Here:Our company is more than just a workplace, it''s a hub of inspiration and creativity where employees love to work!
