The key focus of this role is to provide an exceptional customer experience to our clients throughout their exciting journey building their new home. More specifically, you will:Manage communication between the client and business from release of the ACC/File to Site through to completion of the home handoverAssist in ensuring the project is delivered within cost, quality and time restraintsCoordinate and manage respective jobs to ensure deliveryProvide an unbeatable customer service experienceLiaise with internal stakeholders to resolve complex construction, drafting, estimating, or project delivery issuesEstablish, promote and maintain positive relationships between the Construction Team and internal departmentsManage customer or contract disputes in line with the NEX Building Group ValuesObtain occupation certificates and final inspection resultsComplete time critical administration tasks and processesAbout youYou will share a passion for our purpose to be Australias number one residential builder and be aligned to our core values.
