About the roleJoin our dynamic team in Mayfield New South Wales as an HR Shared Services Administrator. This full-time, permanent role offers a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in HR administration and customer service. We are looking for someone who is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:Administration of the HRIS, including adding and updating employee recordsManage signed contracts and coordinate with payrollHandle terminations and assist with relocation bookingsCoordinate temp-to-perm transitions and arrange medicalsRequest and manage letters of offerProvide excellent customer service via phone and emailOur ideal candidate will have:2-3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar roleStrong customer service skillsProficiency in navigating online platforms and HR systemsExcellent attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to work independently and manage a high volume of tasksKey BenefitsGenerous parental leave: 20 weeks paid Primary Carer Leave and 3 weeks paid Partner Leave for those who have worked at the business for at least 12 months.
