You will mentor and guide client service officers to enhance their ability to deliver exceptional service, driving to achieve sustainable housing outcomes for clients.What youll doIn this role your responsibilities include:Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to address complex tenancy issues, neighbourhood disputes, and breaches.Proactively seek opportunities to uplift team capability.Manage client accounts, applications, and rental subsidies to ensure timely processing and compliance in line with policies.Oversee key processes such as client transfers, arrears, and optimising workflow to deliver quality business performance.What were looking forWere seeking individuals that are committed to driving positive change, helping clients with complex needs to thrive in a stable and supportive environment.
