Project Manager - Gippsland Logistics PrecinctFixed Term Full Time Position (until December 2026)Salary range: $105,380.60 - $117,233.48 plus 11.5% superannuationDepartment: City AssetsDo you want to make an IMPACT?We are seeking an experienced individual to make an impact through leading industry diversification in our fast-growing regional municipality.About This RoleAs Project Manager you will oversee the planning and delivery of the 38-hectare Gippsland Logistics Precinct development in Morwell. Supporting the Coordinator Engineering Services and City Assets teams, you will play an integral role in delivering a key project identified in the Council Plan in partnership with external government agencies.About YouFor this position we are seeking an experienced individual with the ability to exercise professional independent judgement. You will have excellent interpersonal skills so that you will be able to successfully build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.You will also have:Experience in the development and delivery of private land subdivision projects.Ability to deliver and monitor project works to achieve project scope, quality, cost, time, safety and environmental requirements.Experience in the delivery of construction projects within Local Government or a related industry.Ability to engage with internal and external stakeholders, providing sound written and verbal advice to ensure project activities and stakeholder needs are achieved.Ability to develop a productive and supportive team environment.All successful applicants will need to successfully obtain a Police Check and hold a valid employee Working with Children Check.Go Further at Latrobe City CouncilA career with us begins with a desire to empower and make positive change within our Latrobe City Community.
