The RLX portfolio consists of ten sites across the eastern seaboard of Australia, including one in Queensland, five in New South Wales and four in Victoria, chosen for their strategic and regionally significant locations, consistent stock numbers, transport efficiency and long-term sustainability.This role, located at RLXs head office in Docklands, runs the payroll process for all sites and is the key contact for all payroll and timesheet queries.This part time role of approximately 20 - 25 hours a week is responsible for:Running of the Fortnightly payroll and associated tasks includingPayroll onboarding for new startersEnsure timely submission of timesheetsPreparing, checking and processing standard pays including interpretation of applicable modern awardsBeing the subject matter expert responsible for training new site managers in timesheets and leave approvalsCalculating and processing final termination paymentsPreparing, reconciling and processing superannuation, payroll tax, workers compensation, STP reporting and other payroll compliance activitiesPreparing and communicating labour spend reports, trend analysis and insights to senior managementAd hoc reporting and problem solving as neededRole requirements:A depth of previous experience in payroll, working with multi-site organisation with a majority casual workforceDemonstrated working knowledge and previous experience applying the Pastoral Award and Clerks (Private Sector) AwardA self-motivated individual with a high level of accuracy and pride in their attention to detailDiscretion when engaging with employees and ability to manage deliverables confidentiality to defined deadlinesAn approachable personality with a customer service-centric outlookConfidence using Excel to summarise data and the acumen required to provide insightful observations to finance, HR and managementPrevious experience with Netsuite would be highly regarded but not essentialWhat we offer:A supportive team environment where your opinion and voice are heard and respected.
