This role supports the end-to-end procurement life cycle for capital projects, from tendering through to contract execution and administration. The team is inclusive, collaborative, and values professionals who are proactive, commercially minded, and delivery-focused.This project is fast-paced and evolving.DescriptionExecute sourcing and contract management for 15+ packages (from $1M to $70M+) across piping, electrical, instrumentation, civil, and moreLead end-to-end pre-award procurement: RFTs, RFQs, evaluations, and recommendationsTransition into post-award phase: support contract administration, supplier performance, claims, variations, and noticesWork closely with operations and capital teams to develop and deliver strategic sourcing plansManage stakeholder engagement, vendor negotiations, and commercial complianceEnsure adherence to policies, standards, and risk frameworksProfile5+ year''s experience in procurement and contract management, ideally within mining, construction, or infrastructureProven ability to run complex tenders independently (end-to-end)Strong understanding of contract administration, supplier performance, and project risk managementComfortable working in fast-paced FIFO environments and engaging with both site and corporate stakeholdersExcellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skillsAbility to hit the ground running and deliver outcomes in the first monthLocated in Darwin or Cairns (preferred) or Perth (considered)Job OfferHigh-impact role delivering procurement outcomes on a major resources projectFIFO 4:3 roster from Darwin, Cairns, or Perth (may shift to 2:2 once established)Exposure to high-value and high-risk contract packagesStrong team culture focused on collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvementOpportunity to shape sourcing and contract strategies in a dynamic site environmentInitial 12-month contract with potential to extendTo apply online please click the ''Apply'' button below.
