ResponsibilitiesAs a Service Advisor, your responsibilities include overseeing service orders and flow of the service drive to ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. Responsibilities include the following (additional duties may be assigned):Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled.Ensure the daily inventory of technicians'' time is consistently sold to service customers.Distribute work between technicians efficiently.Answer technical questions about vehicle problems, warranties, services, and repairs.Maintain Customer Satisfaction scores at or above company standards.Assist in diagnosing vehicle problems; order parts and tools as necessary.Reinforce company policies and adhere to company standards.Encourage compliance with applicable laws and regulations.Maintain good working relationships with factory(s) and foster positive employee relations.QualificationsExcellent customer service and communication skillsBasic computer skillsProfessional, well-groomed appearance and a positive attitudeHigh school diploma or equivalentValid driver''s license and good driving recordPass drug testing, MVR/Insurability, background investigation/interview #J-18808-Ljbffr
