Join our BevChain team in Mentone, Victoria, and elevate your career in transport management.About the RoleAs the Victorian Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the seamless operation of our transport services. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee and manage the daily transport operations for a major customer while collaborating closely with our team and customer.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure strict adherence to safety standards and Chain of Responsibility (COR) requirements at all times.Oversee the financial performance of your site, achieving profitability targets and key performance indicators for contracts.Maximise resource utilisation to improve operational procedures and outcomes.Lead, motivate, and support the operational team, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.Implement strategies to optimise operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.Build and maintain strong customer relationships by understanding their needs, maintaining regular personal contact, and demonstrating a genuine commitment to their success.About YouThis is a key leadership role requiring an experienced transport industry professional. You will thrive in a fast-paced environment, shaping an inclusive and accountable culture while making sound commercial and operational decisions.
