Carry out mechanical repairs to valves, actuators and other flow control equipmentTest of SRVs Manual and Control/ Automated valves and pump equipment within the workshop and onsite shutdownsHave in-depth practical understanding of maintenance procedures and repairing of mechanical and automated equipmentBe proficient in both practical workshop practices to ensure safety and quality outcomes are metReport times and work as per Emersons quality systems and workplace processBe a quality conscious person with pride in the work doneUnderstand and comply with Emersons and clients EHS procedures and practicesEnsure all toolbox meetings and day plan meetings are attendedKey metrics for success (not limited to):Responsible for the promotion of Safety in line with Emerson policy and proceduresOperate within the requirements of the company Quality System and promote quality awareness to other employeesResponsible for the revenue generation by installation, repair and servicing of our products or systemsResponsible for the daily workshop activity of individuals involved in the repair of inventory and productLead and direct the group that performs various aspects of parts repairWorkshop interactions leading daily Toolbox meetingsMinimum QualificationsTrade Certificate in mechanical or electrical fitting/machiningA trade or at least 5 years experience in the mechanical repair and refurbishment of flow control equipment or similar aligned tradeSkills, Knowledge and Experience:Ideally mechanical repair and refurbishment of flow control equipment.
