SunRice is a great place to work, providing a real opportunity for passionate people to make a difference.About The RolesMultiple permanent opportunities for diligent and experienced Shift Coordinators (Rice Cakes & Speciality Rice Food Group) to join our SunRice team. Located at our manufacturing plant in Leeton, you will lead a crew to ensure all the team practices and behaviours are aligned with business zero harm philosophy. You will help build a positive, inclusive, and accountable culture by coaching and leading by example. Working on a continuing roster, you will lead and engage your team to optimise plant performance and ensure your crew are operating to produce agreed levels of finished product within agreed specifications.Key Responsibilities IncludeEnsuring that the Production Plan is followed and reported on, and any exceptions are acted uponEnsure that the operations produce finished products which are within customer specification and within planned timeAssist the broader leadership team to establish strategies to develop the culture of performance excellence with respect to safety, quality, and customer serviceMaintain records that relate to the operations (including quality assurance, maintenance, production, hygiene and finished product stocks)Coordinate cleaning activities for team members that maintain the established GMP, SQF and AIB standardsCoordinate rostering for shift coverage for absenteeism, planned leave and training and manage adequate production staffing to meet agreed production plans.These roles are on-site and located in Leeton, NSW. Financial assistance may be available for relocation for the right candidate.About YouYou are decisive in your problem-solving approach, have excellent communication skills and strong organisational and planning skills.
