Join us as a Social Inclusion Peer Navigator and make a difference!If you have lived experience, a strong sense of empathy, and a desire to empower others, wed love to hear from you!What exactly does a Social Inclusion Peer Wellbeing Navigator do?You will support participants to engage in social activities, provide peer support, use your lived-experience guidance, and give assistance with service navigation and care planning.You are passionate about social inclusion and community connection and have a personal understanding of mental health and addiction.
