The Bloomfield Group are seeking a dedicated Learning and Capability Advisor to join our team and lead the development and delivery of training programs that support health, safety and performance across our mining and engineering operations. Youll have strong experience in instructional design, training delivery, and capability development, ideally within mining, engineering, or heavy industry. Experience in creating both traditional and e-learning content, ideally using Articulate or similar e-learning tool, is highly regarded. With your excellent communication skills, customer focus, and familiarity with visual design tools and learning systems, youll be confident working with stakeholders and delivering innovative and engaging learning solutions.This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team committed to continuous improvement, safety, and performance.
