The successful applicant will have a solid understanding and skills in Sales, Tendering, Estimating, Construction Administration, Procurement, Delivery, Site management, HSEQ, Finance, and managing Client & Vendor relationships.The Ideal CandidateMinimum of 5 years proven Project Management experience in an M&E, FM, construction or critical environmentWould suit a Site supervisor looking to move up into a PM role.Proven experience of running finances on projects is desirableDemonstrable evidence of having managed a team is desirableCurrent Drivers licence and CarRecognised technical qualification in construction, BMS, HVAC, mechanical or electrical Engineering background preferredCertificate III or trade qualification preferredCan we inspire you to join us?At CBRE, our unwavering commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion begins with you.
