Front Office & Guest Services (Hospitality & Tourism)We currently have a casual Front Office Receptionist position available. You must be available 2-3 weeknights and some Saturday nights and Sundays.The hourly rate is $31 an hour throughout the week with an increase after 7pm. Our Saturday rates are $37 and Sundays are $44.At Quest Apartments, we pride ourselves in providing a wonderful and positive guest experience to make our guests'' stay effortless. We are looking for an individual who enjoys working in a team but can also work independently. Previous reception experience would be ideal; however, it is not essential. We use the RMS operation system, and full training on this will be provided.The job duties include:Welcoming guests with a wonderful customer service experience as well as a wonderful check-out experienceAnswering the phoneReplying to emailsManaging reservations and assigning guests to roomsHandling all guests'' requirements and needsProviding guests with local knowledge and restaurant recommendations around WaggaMaking reservations, bookings, and processing paymentsLiaising with the Front Office Supervisor, Accounts Supervisor, and Housekeeping teamJoin a dynamic team who care about their workplace and are passionate about the accommodation industry and customer service. Flexibility is key in this role, as well as the ability to be well organized and liaise with our leisure guests and corporate travelers on a professional level to ensure they have a positive experience during their stay at Quest Wagga Wagga.Extensive one-on-one training will be provided to the successful applicant before commencing your role on a solo basis.If you are a positive, well-mannered individual, we would love to hear from you.
