Miele - Part Time Brand Ambassador (20 hours)Job Description:Be a Miele Brand Ambassador at our Bluewater Miele Experience Centre and support our customers to choose the right products for their homes.We are offering an opportunity for someone with experience in a previous Brand Ambassador role, host, or Consultative Sales experience.You will join our store in Bluewater Shopping Centre on a weekend contract working across both days for 4 hours each day, with occasional opportunities to support with hours for events or extended opening hours.Miele Experience Centres are different from normal stores, with lower footfall but higher value customer transactions. We strive to provide a premium experience for every consumer, whether they are kitting out an entirely new kitchen or dropping in to buy some replacement detergents for their washing machine.In this role you will be...Reporting to the Store Manager, you will be hosting and supporting customers with transactions while promoting pride and passion for the Miele brand.We offer a premium experience to our customers, so you will be involved in large and smaller scale events for both products and accessories. Our customers are loyal and inquisitive; you may also be asked to support customer communication follow-ups via phone and email. You''ll be confident and professional with the training provided to respond effectively to quotations and queries as they arise.You will bring previous experience of working in a customer-facing role and can demonstrate credibility and confidence in what is required. Most importantly, you will bring the passion and pride that matches the brand with the ability to effectively multi-task. You should be IT literate with the ability to adapt to systems and processes, produce quotes, and follow up on sales opportunities while working well as a team to achieve great results.About The Applicant:What can we offer you?We offer 12.77 per hour for part-time hours plus a bonus and benefits package.
