Youll play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.About youWere looking for individuals with:Customer service experience (highly desirable)A genuine interest in banking or financial servicesStrong computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple systemsResilience and professionalism in a fast-paced environmentA Grade 12 qualification (or equivalent)Work & Holiday or Student visa holders are welcome!What you will doHandle inbound calls and assist with a variety of general banking inquiries, including:Providing account balancesReplacing debit and credit cardsUpdating personal informationResolving issues with online bankingInvestigating transactions and disputesManaging fraud inquiriesLogging complaints and capturing feedbackProvide accurate information and follow strict identification protocolsNote: This role does not involve sales or upselling.Training period (on-site)Weeks 13: Classroom training, MondayFriday, 9:00 am5:30 pm (NSW time)Weeks 47: On-the-job training, MondayFriday.
