We have impressive offices in Sydney, Brisbane and Melbourne that foster creativity, and a flexible approach to work that supports individual productivity and wellbeing.Job Description:As a PR Account Manager in the Agriculture & Sustainability PR team, your primary focus is to support the PR team in delivering impactful campaigns and maintaining exceptional client experiences. Working closely with the team, you will handle day-to-day client management tasks ensuring projects progress smoothly and client objectives are consistently met.Key Responsibilities:Client Management: Engage in proactive and responsive communication with key client and media stakeholders, anticipating needs and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.Campaign Execution: Contribute to the development and execution of strategic PR campaigns that enhance brand reputation and visibility.Content Creation: Draft and review PR materials, including press releases, media pitches, print and digital content, and client reports, ensuring pinpoint accuracy.Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media contacts, managing media lists, and assisting with pitching efforts.Project Management: Coordinate timelines, budgets, and client deliverables, ensuring all project tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.Team Collaboration: Partner effectively with internal stakeholders, such as media, creative, and strategy teams, as well as external contacts, to advance PR initiatives and strategic deliverables.Financial Management: Assist in monitoring and reporting on client and project budgets, ensuring all expenditures align with client agreements and project scopes.Qualifications:Proven experience within a PR agency or client-side environment, (Agriculture experience highly desired) supporting public relations campaign development, media relations, content creation and events.Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft press releases, media summaries, and client updates.Knowledge of digital PR tactics, such as website, SEO writing, social media and influencer activity (desired but not essential).Experience in creating and managing media lists, assisting with pitching efforts, and preparing draft PR materials.Ability to build and maintain strong, strategic relationships with internal teams, clients and media contacts.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and PR-specific tools such as media monitoring software and digital platforms.Bachelors degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or related field (desired but not essential).What We Offer:Real flexibility to work when and where you feel most productive with our Be the Best You policy, which includes a $250 contribution to your home office setup.The opportunity to give back with dedicated volunteer leave and our whole-company event, One Day for Change.5 weeks annual leave after 2 years of service and 3 whole company Wellness days off per year for you to switch off and take your day, your way.Career Development and Learning & Development opportunities, including access to our global online Dentsu University.Be part of a global network that truly invests in recognizing performance via our Never Before Awards, and social impact, including having a clearly mapped path to becoming net zero.Become a Champion for Meaningful Progress:Our diverse and inclusive culture enables our employees to bring their whole selves to work and be proud of doing so.
