Our evolving menu offers a contemporary take on classic Italian cuisine, with menu choices guided by seasonal ingredients.The Sous Chef Role:As Sous Chef, you will be responsible for assisting the Head Chef in the smooth running of the kitchen including management of profit, stock, wastage control, hygiene practices and training.
