You will support the team with implementing the requirements of the Projects Construction Environment Management Plan.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct regular audits, risk assessments, and compliance checks across projects. Provide accurate, timely reports to management and stakeholders, ensuring adherence to both internal and external standards. Utilise features of the ArcGIS software suite for a range of geospatial tasks.Establish robust governance frameworks, maintain quality and performance standards, and independently review project activities for compliance. Work with cross-functional teams to identify and address geospatial capability gaps.Identify and mitigate risks, keeping risk registers current and working alongside project teams to secure smooth, compliant project delivery. Participate in training and continuous learning to stay updated on GIS technology.Keep thorough records of compliance activities, lead initiatives to refine compliance policies, and improve project governance procedures.Minimum QualificationsA bachelors degree in business administration, Project Management, or related field, with certifications in compliance or project management a plus.3-5 years in compliance, assurance, or project management within regulated sectors (construction, transport, etc.) and experience with Government or Tier 1 contracts.Solid understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks, especially for the construction and transport sectors.Strong project management and organizational skills.Ability to interpret legal and regulatory requirements and integrate them into project processes.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.Sharp analytical abilities with attention to detail and a solution-oriented approach.Proficient in compliance and project management software tools.We are committed to fostering an inclusive environment where all voices are heard and valued.
