National 360 is growing! We are looking for a Speech Pathologist Supervisor to join our Perth team. Although our office is in Leederville, you can be located anywhere in Perth!We will allocate you with a caseload nearby and something aligned to your clinical interest!About The RoleWe are looking for a Speech Pathologist Supervisor to join us in fostering a positive and supportive environment for National 360 therapists and NDIS Participants. We are open to flexible working arrangements, so part-time and full-time will both be considered. Within this role, you will provide comprehensive assessments, therapeutic interventions, and complete reports for all ages referred to the service, delivered in home, clinic, and community settings. Depending on where you live, we can place you in a team that works for you; WA North, WA Central, or WA South.As a Speech Pathologist Supervisor at National 360, you will receive clinical support via our peer support model and have access to unlimited mentoring provided by our Clinical Practice Advisors.We provide a unique allocations structure that supports your preference to work in a generalist capacity or tailor your caseload to one or more of the following areas:Complex Communication/AACCognitive Communication SkillsSocial Communication SkillsAdult NeuroDysphagiaPaediatrics and Early InterventionOur close-knit and friendly MDT thrives on collaboration and innovation, creating a vibrant and supportive environment with a good dose of fun!
