Location is in our corporate offices in Richmond.The primary responsibilities of the role are to provide administrative and project support to the leadership and broader teams including email and calendar management for Executives, travel and catering arrangements, meeting and committee secretariat, preparation of presentations, reports and general administrative tasks in relation to Finance & Business Services and Legal company secretary.Additionally, this position will support the Finance & Business Services and Legal departments with administration and co-ordination of small projects and activities including supporting business case preparation, project and program reporting, business process reviews and improvements.To be successful in this roleApproachability, interpersonal savvy and resilience are essential. Your strength in priority setting, timely decision making and professional manner will be your asset.You will have:Proven Executive administrative support experience in a similar roleEffective diary management and monitoring to ensure Executive time is structured effectively.Efficient review of incoming emails and paper-based correspondence to Executive, bringing urgent matters to attention to ensure action and response is timely.Demonstrated timely response to queries or issues on behalf of Executive where appropriateExpense and Travel Management: Reconcile expenses, process claims and handle travel and accommodation in line with Epworths Travel PolicyAbility to draft correspondence and edit committee papers and experience preparing, formatting, reviewing and scanning of documentationAbility in supporting committees, including the timely preparation of agendas, minutes, and tracking of actionsAdvanced computer skills including a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office365 including Teams, Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPointCommitment to excellent customer service and continuous improvementStrong judgement and discretionSuccess in this position requires advanced operating skills, being highly organised, able to manage work processes and systems, and exceptional relating skills understanding.
