Enigma Media is part of an 80+ staff full-service agency with media, strategy, creative, digital, branding, design and production all in-house. We have offices in Surry Hills, Newcastle and Brisbane and we plan and buy all media channels nationally across our diverse client base.The Performance Exec or Performance Manager (dependent on experience) plays an integral part in shaping the digital media product at Enigma Media. You will work across a wide client portfolio to squeeze the best performance from our digital campaigns in alignment with each clients business objectives. This involves leading the implementation of digital campaigns across search marketing, social, affiliates or other programmatic channels and guiding and educating your colleagues on best-practice implementation and optimisation. Experience in search marketing is a must as you will lead this channel in your client team.You will be a master of our search marketing, digital media and reporting tools used to implement, track, optimise, and report on campaigns. You will be integral to Enigmas pursuit of delivering a best-in-market digital product. You will confidently discuss campaign learnings and optimisations you make across the campaigns you manage. You will have thorough knowledge of the digital ecosystem and proactively enhance your knowledge to stay in-the-know of the ever-changing landscape.Outside of performance, you will be responsible for assisting and improving the agencys use of data and technology. You will have a thorough understanding of the implementation of tracking for our clients and will implement tagging and analytics for the purposes of campaign reporting, campaign optimisation, and client business intelligence. You will be expected to have an understanding of the tools and technology used to manage performance media campaigns.You will have exceptional organisational and time management skills along with a high attention to detail. The ability to multitask is imperative as you will be required to work across different client categories and manage multiple stakeholder requests at the same time. This also requires a clear communication style that can cater to all levels of stakeholders from the time-stretched business owner to the savvy digital marketer. You will thrive under pressure and the fast-paced nature of the role. You wont be afraid to roll up your sleeves, get results, and add value across the wider media team and agency.In this role you will:Lead the implementation process for performance channels manage campaigns, monitor pacing, optimise to maximise performance in-line with client objectives, reconcile budgets, and ensure best practice.Become a master of digital campaign set-up, management, optimisation, and reporting all platforms in use at Enigma including Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Marketing Platform, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Pinterest.Develop best-in-class search marketing account structures to continually deliver optimal performance.Implement tagging for clients tag client digital assets (websites, applications, etc.) to measure campaign performance and business intelligence.Manage the digital report dashboards for your clients in line with campaign objectives. You will need a solid understanding of trends and provide insights on performance and make recommendations to improve the campaign.Work closely with other members of the performance team to develop processes and procedures that will holistically improve campaign performance, effectiveness, and management.Stay at the forefront of changes in the digital industry and share this knowledge with the broader media team.Develop client recommendations, post-analysis, reports, and campaign post documents.Ensure client and team requests are managed in a timely manner.Ensure reports across your client portfolio are provided in a timely, accurate, and insightful manner.Proactively provide clients relevant industry updates and market trends.Develop rapport with clients as a trusted advisor to their business.Follow all Enigma protocols to ensure financial hygiene is maintained.Experience & skills required:At least 3+ years search marketing experience.Paid social and programmatic experience.Google and Bing accredited.A thorough understanding of Search & bid management tools (Enigma use Search Ads 360).A master of Google Analytics.Experience with digital reporting - analyse data, make optimisation decisions and clearly articulate it to clients (Enigma uses Datorama for reporting).A thorough understanding of the back end of a website to be able to set up tracking and conversion goals.Highly analytical disposition and advanced Excel skills.Enigma is proud to be part of the Independent Media Agencies of Australia (IMAA), The Ad Council of Australia, an IAB member and a member of the Property Council of Australia.Join us and be part of something exciting! #J-18808-Ljbffr
