Were on the lookout for an experienced and values-driven Quality & Risk Manager to join our team and lead clinical governance, accreditation, and risk management across our acute, aged care, disability (NDIS), and community programs.About the RoleReporting to the Director of Clinical Services, this is a pivotal leadership role ensuring that our health service meets all quality, compliance, and clinical risk obligations. You''ll drive continuous improvement, support high-quality consumer outcomes, and champion a culture of safety, accountability, and innovation.This role is instrumental in preparing for accreditation (NSQHS, Aged Care Standards, NDIS), leading root cause analysis, embedding the Statutory Duty of Candour, and building staff capability in quality and risk practices.
