As well as having experience in a similar role, some responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Assist with the implementation, and maintenance of the Country Integrated Management System (IMS)Support and improve compliance to the Global ISO9001:2015 (Quality) certification.Participate in Regional lead ISO 9001, GDP and other associated internal audits.Support adherence to the incident/irregularity reporting, global/regional corrective and preventive action standards (CAPA) and coordinate the root cause analysis and agreement of corrective and preventive actions for severe and reoccurring incidents, audit findings, KPI deviations etc.Support the development and continuous improvement of Hellmann Healthcare LogisticsProvide guidance on good distribution practice (GDP) and quality assurance initiatives locally, ensuring compliance to GDP and Quality Management Systems.Support the implementation and maintenance of the compliance management framework, including the National legal register, reviewing company policies against legal requirements, and advising operational teams on possible risks and proposed actions to mitigate identified risk.Provide technical input in the development of local auditing programs against licencing requirements to ensure compliance gaps are identified and rectified.Attend planned and ad hoc Regulatory audits and assist local management on compliance interpretation and recommendation to demonstrate compliance.Stay current on legislation of governing bodies and industry changes and support implementation within the organisation for compliance.Industry bodies include Biosecurity (DAFF), Australian Border Force (Customs), Home Affairs, Regulated air cargo agent (RACA) and work health and safety Regulators (Worksafe/SafeWork) in each State in accordance with Country Security & QHSE Manager direction.Support identification and delivery of compliance training for employees.Apply existing Logistics industry knowledge to coach and mentor operations on best practice.Customer service is crucial in this role which means you will need to exercise a level of professionalism and understanding when it comes to customer needs.What You NeedWe will help you be successful in this role.
