Join us and make a difference every day.About The RoleWe are seeking a warm and personable Recruitment Lead to lead and manage the recruitment of new Disability Support Workers (DSW) and office staff to ensure eQuality Support continues to attract, select, train, and retain quality staff. We pride ourselves on getting great people to support our clients to get great outcomes. We do this by focusing on our candidate experience from the start.What will I be doing?Primarily this role focuses on attracting and recruiting our client-facing workforce. So naturally youll be involved in the end-to-end recruitment process including coordinating with hiring managers. Ensuring a positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment and onboarding process is crucial. This includes maintaining clear and timely communication, addressing candidate inquiries, and providing support and guidance as needed.Of course, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and onboarding is a necessary element. You will ensure our practices are fair and unbiased. Youll also maintain accurate records and comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.Finally, we want you to be continuously evaluating and improving recruitment to ensure a great candidate and hiring manager experience.About YouYou are flexible and collaborative by nature, with a can-do attitude to support a variety of tasks.EssentialExperience in recruitment, HR, or talent acquisition.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines efficiently.Knowledge of employment legislation and best recruitment practices.Excellent personal organisation, time management, ability to identify and prioritise, and willingness to be flexible.Demonstrated computer literacy skills and the ability to use a range of online platforms and data insights to continuously improve.Current Victorian driver licence.Satisfaction of all requirements for working in Australia.DesirableExperience working in a community or residential environment.Whats In It For YouJoin a collaborative, high-performing organisation where your contributions are truly valued.
