Join our client in driving excellence in well operations while ensuring safety, efficiency, and regulatory compliance.Key Responsibilities:Oversee both drilling and/or multistage hydraulic stimulation, coiled tubing, wireline, and flowback/well testing operations.Ensure safe and efficient execution, collaborating with onsite teams and service providers.Lead and mentor well operations staff, fostering a culture of safety and innovation.Develop detailed plans for well operations, optimizing performance and cost-effectiveness.Experience & QualificationsMinimum 10 years of supervisory-level experience in drilling, workover, or intervention operations.Strong exposure to Coiled Tubing and Wireline operations is highly desirable.IWCF Supervisory Level certification Mandatory.Familiarity with EDM well engineering software or similar systems.Experience with Artificial Lift and CSG operations.Demonstrated leadership with the ability to manage both routine and emergency situations effectively.To apply, submit your resume and cover letter to cameron.anderson@nesfircroft.com.
