This is a key leadership role forming part of an expanding executive leadership team. The General Manager, Operations will develop and execute a comprehensive operational framework that aligns front-line operations with strategic business goals to ensure high quality delivery of services to its clients and related stakeholders. As General Manager, Operations, you will be tasked with building and enhancing teams, lifting leadership capability, embedding performance systems that optimise efficiency, and driving business automation and systemisation that balances quality participant support with strong commercial outcomes for the business.With over 500 front-line staff, the role will lead a team of Area Managers, IT, property, rostering, and planning. The role will liaise with internal stakeholders across clinical support (doctors and nurses), finance, people and culture, quality and risk, and the Executive and the Board; and externally to keep abreast of changes in this dynamic sector as well as participant guardians and support teams.The CandidateWe are seeking someone who is motivated and passionate to make a difference to peoples lives. You will have significant experience in managing operations teams across multi-sites, ideally within the care sectors. You will have a track record of delivering strong commercial outcomes while at the same time ensuring favourable engagement with clients and team members. Candidates will hold a relevant tertiary qualification; MBA or Lean Operations qualification highly desirable.
