The NUM will practice clinical leadership and accountability that aligns with St Vincents mental health clinical governance and operational management structures. The NUM is responsible for ensuring consumer care is provided in accordance with St Vincents mission, values, and guidelines, and that consumer safety and outcomes are prioritised.Classifications for this position will be NP51 - $126,885.20 (Per annum pro rata)Your ContributionRegistration with Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)Relevant degree or postgraduate qualification in mental healthMinimum 5 years Post qualification experience in mental healthPrevious experience as a Nurse Unit Manager or leadership role in a clinical unit, ward or departmentDemonstrated ability and experience in the leadership of a large multidisciplinary teamWhat we OfferA focus on wellbeing initiatives, with regular events and programsA healthy work/life balance encouraged.
