This role will work closely with the Regional Legal Counsel, General Counsel, and Regional Directors of the business. You will be responsible for offering legal support to the company. Additionally, you will:Provide strategic advice and legal guidance on both upstream and downstream contractsProvide high-quality commercial and legal support and contractual leadership to a growing portfolio of complex and diverse projects across all business streamsAdvise or facilitate external legal advice on material business issues and/or bespoke mattersReview, draft, and/or negotiate a range of agreementsAssist internal clients to manage legal risk while aligning with business and strategic goals and prioritiesThe CandidateThe successful candidate will be a talented construction lawyer with 4+ years PAE. You will have relevant construction experience at a well-regarded law firm or similar in-house role.
