This role requires candidates to hold or be eligible for an NV1 security clearance.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide comprehensive project support services including documentation management, meeting coordination, and stakeholder communication across multiple maritime defence projects.Maintain project schedules, track deliverables, and ensure adherence to military and government compliance requirements.Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and defence stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.Prepare and maintain project documentation, status reports, and briefing materials for senior management and defence personnel.Assist in risk management, issue tracking, and change control processes.Required QualificationsMinimum 3 years'' experience in project support roles within the maritime or defence sector.Current NV1 security clearance or ability to obtain one.Demonstrated experience with defence project methodology and documentation.Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, PowerPoint, and Project.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities.Desired SkillsExperience with defence procurement processes and procedures.Knowledge of naval engineering principles or maritime operations.Familiarity with defence project management tools and systems.Previous experience working with defence stakeholders.Relevant qualifications in project management, business, or maritime disciplines.To Apply:Click apply or send your application.Name: Please include your first and last name.Email: @Phone: Please include your country code.CV / Resume: Yes, I am currently eligible to work (work permit/visa/citizenship) in the country to which I am applying.
