Now, were preparing to pioneer the next 50.Job DescriptionWe are looking for a part-time Financial Processing Officer, on a 9-month maximum term contract, to join our ASX listed company, working in a small but varied team offering a hybrid working environment!What is this role about?The Financial Processing Officer provides a range of processing services for one of its related entities and is responsible for performing the day-to-day activities associated with the timely and accurate processing of its payables and receivables.The responsibilities in this role include but are not limited to the following:Review and verify valid tax invoices and ensure accuracy and compliance with financial policies, controls, and proceduresAdminister creation/modification of Vendor and Debtor accountsPrepare vendor payment runs, transfers, international, ad hoc or urgent paymentsAdminister client pricing, monthly billing process and debtor managementEngage with suppliers and internal staff assisting with invoice and account queriesAdminister direct debit, subscription, and corporate card systemsWhat can you bring?To be successful in this position you will have the following skills and experience:Proven accounts payable and receivable experience in similar roleHigh level of attention to detail and accuracyExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact with key stakeholdersStrong work ethic and can prioritise, multitask, and work within set frameworksComputer literacy Xero, Outlook, Word & ExcelAdditional InformationWhy Cuscal?At Cuscal, youll find a strong, successful company thats reimagining the future.
