Join us in shaping our future and yours.What You Will DoAs Customer Supply Chain Manager Pharmacy, this person will be part of Supply Chain Supply Leadership team and would be responsible for the development of the customer engagement with Pharmacy customers. This includes delivery of customer service, high customer satisfaction and continuous supply chain improvement End to End. This role would also be key to unlocking our critical goals ie Accounts receivable by streamlining the claims process, support offshore Customer Service team and oversee Master Data quality that impact our customer. It is essential that this role develops strong relationships with customers supply chain teams through regular meetings, defining a common agenda and collective goal setting.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic engagement with Pharmacy customers ie Chemist warehouse, Sigma, API and Symbion in building collaboration programs across Joint forecasting for seasonal packs, Product availability communication, Promotion planning for critical categories and event management (DC change/ CPI/ Festive breaks)Achieve KPIs targets including but not limited to: DIFOT, OBSL, SIF, SOT, DSI, palletization, Advantage survey, supply compliance, MLOR compliance by engaging with internal and external stakeholdersMeeting supply chain requirements around Lead Time, Ordering cycle, Claims resolution and othersMonthly/ Quarterly Business reviews with customer and commercial stakeholders on service gaps and build recovery plansStrategic development & E2E integration:Develop customer centric supply chain strategies via Value Stream mapping and integration in Joint Business PlanningIdentify repeated failure modes for Stock Claims (Stock mismatch) and linkage with Master Data and Transition planning with customerPartner with commercial team to deliver account or channel specific supply chain initiatives and align on quarterly investment buy in planDetect improvement areas and propose options for improved efficiencies and cost saving to feed into Cost to DeliverIntegrate external insights with internal planning processes to ensure demand-supply synchronization with customer plansManage and lead a team up to 4Establish development & succession planning in place, foster high morale and motivation and ensure alignment to the company Values & Behaviours.What We Are Looking ForRequired QualificationsPreferred minimum education: Tertiary degree or equivalent work experience considered. A minimum of 8 years experience in a FMCG or Consumer Pharma company with deep experience in Self care segment.Sales operation experience will be a plus to help build strong X-functional collaboration.Preferred area of study: Engineering, Analytics, Supply Chain, AccountingPreferred related industry experience: Preferably FMCG/ HealthcareDesired QualificationsAbility to build and maintain strong commercial relationships.Confident ability to influence both internal and external stakeholders.FMCG Industry experience working across both sales and supply.Strong collaborative leadership skills (strategic & tactical), able to negotiate, influence, align, and prioritize (esp.
