Leveraging the latest tools and practices including but not limited to Amazon web services infrastructure, continuous delivery, Java Spring framework, and Angular. Automics platform is highly adaptive, enabling us to continually enhance our solution to meet client requirements.As a Business Analyst, you will analyse and assess business processes and systems, gather and document requirements, support testing and provide assistance in the delivery of systems to end users.The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects and work with a diverse range of stakeholders from operational to executive level. They will play a pivotal role in the requirements gathering process, defining scope, documenting processes, and identifying solutions to support business initiatives.ResponsibilitiesFacilitate and lead design and requirements workshops.Collaborate closely with the development team and UX designers to define and refine user stories.Prepare documentation, manuals, user stories, and detailed acceptance criteria.Engage with stakeholders to identify, prioritise, and clearly document high-value business needs and minimum viable products.Develop robust solutions to business problems in collaboration with the development team and Product Manager.Continuously enhance practices and tools to improve team productivity, while also strengthening security and quality standards.Desired Skills and ExperienceDemonstrated Capabilities3+ years experience in a relevant Business Analyst role.3+ years experience working within an Agile environment.Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or a related field.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Experience within the financial services sector, preferably in registry or trading environments, is highly desirable.Proven ability to deliver across multiple full life-cycle enterprise software projects.Skilled in drafting clear, concise, and outcome-focused user stories.Strong capability in requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation through user stories and storyboards.Experience collaborating with geographically dispersed teams.Proficient in using Jira and Confluence.Familiarity with Behaviour-Driven Development and tools such as Cucumber (Specification by Example) is highly advantageous.Additional InformationCareer advancement opportunities within the organisation.An opportunity to gain exposure to the ASX.A positive and collaborative work culture.Employee recognition and rewards initiatives.An impressive list of employee benefits including discounts on retail, bills, wellbeing, and entertainment.DiversityCreating a workforce that actively embraces diversity, inclusion and a sense of belonging is key to our success.
