Were on the lookout for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our General Manager, Commercial and General Manager Store Productivity.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for organization, and love keeping things running smoothly, this could be the role for you!About The RoleAs an Executive Assistant, youll provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior executives. Your day-to-day will include:Managing complex calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.Preparing reports, presentations, and correspondence.Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.Organizing and supporting leadership meetings, including minute-taking and follow-ups.Handling confidential information with discretion and professionalism.Assisting with project coordination and process improvements.What Were Looking ForProven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level support role.Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).A proactive approach with a problem-solving mindset.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Youll be part of a workplace where youll feel like you belong.Bunnings strives to ensure everyone is treated fairly and our team are committed to supporting you at any stage of your recruitment journey.
