Reporting to the Program Manager, you will lead end-to-end RFID implementations across warehouse and retail store environments. The ideal candidate should have experience in at least 1-2 full-cycle RFID solution implementations, particularly in areas such as automated inventory tracking, receiving, dispatch, RFID tunnels, and Warehouse Management System (WMS) integration.Key Responsibilities:RFID Implementation & Business AnalysisGather and analyze business requirements for RFID-based automation in warehouses and retail stores.Design comprehensive RFID solutions, including hardware (readers, antennas, tags) and software integrations.Collaborate with stakeholders, vendors, and IT teams to define project scope and implementation roadmaps.Automated Inventory TrackingImplement RFID-based real-time inventory tracking for warehouses and stores.Enhance stock visibility while minimizing manual errors.Provide insights through stock movement reports and analytics.Automated Receiving & DispatchDevelop workflows for RFID-enabled receiving processes, ensuring smooth inbound logistics.Optimize RFID-based dispatch to reduce shipment errors and delays.Work closely with logistics teams to improve RFID scanning efficiency at dispatch points.RFID Tunnel SolutionsDesign and configure RFID tunnels for high-speed scanning in distribution centers.Partner with hardware vendors to select the best RFID antennas and readers for various environments.Ensure error-free bulk scanning with minimal read failures.WMS IntegrationDefine data flow between RFID systems and WMS platforms.Work with IT teams to develop API integrations, middleware connections, and real-time data synchronization.Ensure seamless tracking of goods movement across multiple locations.Testing, Training & Post-Implementation SupportLead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and RFID performance validation.Train warehouse/store teams on RFID usage and troubleshooting.Provide ongoing support and drive continuous improvements post-implementation.Required Skills & Experience:RFID Implementation Expertise - Minimum 1 full-cycle RFID project in warehouse/store environments.RFID Hardware Knowledge - Experience with RFID tags, handheld readers, fixed readers, and tunnels.Warehouse & Retail Operations - Strong understanding of inventory tracking, receiving, and dispatch workflows.WMS Integration Experience - Hands-on experience integrating RFID with WMS platforms (e.g., Infor, SAP, Manhattan, Blue Yonder, Oracle WMS, or custom solutions).Process Optimization - Ability to identify bottlenecks and implement automation strategies using RFID.Data Analysis & Reporting - Familiarity with RFID analytics dashboards and reporting tools.Stakeholder Management - Proficient in requirement gathering, documentation, and cross-functional collaboration.Project Management - Experience with Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.Industry Experience - Minimum 7-8 years in retail, e-commerce, or third-party logistics (3PL).Multi-Tasking - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.Flexible Work Hours - Comfortable working with global teams across different time zones.Excellent Communication & Engagement Skills - Strong business process and change management capabilities.Vendor Management - Experience in managing third-party vendors is an advantage.Delivery-Oriented Approach - Focused on driving results in line with business goals. #J-18808-Ljbffr
