Position SummaryThe Visual Merchandise Specialist is responsible for the implementation and daily upkeep of store visual elements, ensuring our products are presented in the most appealing way to create an optimal store environment. A key objective is to elevate our Visual Merchandising standards and digital visuals from good to great, driving customer conversion through strategic visual actions.This role is deeply involved in the ideation, execution, and communication of all visual enhancements, aiming to deliver an outstanding consumer experience. As a champion of visual excellence, you will lead by example, prioritising the needs and satisfaction of both customers and the team in every interaction.The Visual Merchandise Specialist''s expertise in executing visual merchandising guidelines and directives will be critical to the stores success. This dynamic, multi-faceted role requires a creative and autonomous individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
