Together, well make a meaningful and lasting impact on the future of dental care, empowering each assistant to reach their full potential and elevate the quality of service provided to patients.Your Key Responsibilities: Shape the FutureBe involved in the development and implementation of our new traineeship model.Actively assist in daily team huddle meetings.Perform the dental assistant role as required operationally.Collaborate with our Senior Dental Assistants, assisting with audits, onboarding/cross boarding, inducting new staff, guiding trainees & visiting staff to the department.About You: Grow With Purpose, Thrive with UsCertificate III in Dental Assisting.Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (to be completed within 12 months of starting the role).
