The Momentum Alliance is made up of John Holland, Seymour Whyte and design partners Mott MacDonald and Jacobs Group, in partnership with MRPV.The scope of works includes upgrading six kilometres of the Freeway with new traffic lanes, bridge upgrades and urban noise walls, a dedicated busway (fully segregated from mainline traffic), and a new bridge over the Yarra River.The NEL Project Involves The Design And Construction Of The Upgrade Of The Eastern Freeway From Hoddle Street In The West To Burke Road In The East, Including6km of brownfield freeway widening to accommodate additional traffic lanes in each direction3km dedicated busway separated from mainline trafficSignificant structures including 600m of bridges, including a 180m architectural steel shared use path bridge of the Yarra RiverFreeway-wide scope including ITS, retaining walls, stormwater drainage, noise walls, lighting and signageSite location to be around Chandler Highway / Eastern Freeway interchange.About The RoleManage various aspects of document control, including the receipt, storage, retrieval and circulation of documents, review coordination, external submission, and distribution control.The documents may include design documentation, confidentiality agreements, various instructions, and reports on safety, quality, and the environment.What you will do;Maintain project-related document control register, database and hard copy filing systemEnsure document submissions are in accordance and compliant with the project document formats and requirementsCoordinate workflow reviews and collate, issue, and receive documents in accordance with project requirements for the development, review and approval of design documentation and all other procedures, instructions, product certification and records that are subject to review and approval.Identify, record, and communicate issues with registered documentsEnsure current versions are maintained of all documents subject to revision and ensure current versions of documents are issued to required project partiesMaintain storage and archiving of project and organisational records (electronic and hard copy)Coach other John Holland employees on the records management systems, procedures, and processesEnsure the documents are managed in strict confidentialityWhat we are looking for;QualificationsHigher School Certificate (HSC) or equivalent experience in Business or AdministrationDegree or post-secondary school training or TAFE certificate in Business Administration, Finance, Human Resources or other associated disciplinesExperienceDemonstrated major project experience in document control.Experience in document management systemsAdvanced computer skillsPrioritisation skillsRecords managementKnowledge of project management systems and processesExperience in project environment or equivalent industryAconex experienceAs part of the team, you help us deliver on our promise to transform lives.Your success is reflected in ours, so were committed to being an employer of choice.
