In this position, you will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day running of the outlet by providing hands-on support to the entire front of house team.The successful candidate will be a leader who has a high level of customer service with the ability to develop, implement and maintain all operational procedures and standards to meet the outlet goals.ABOUT YOUPrevious Supervisor experience within a fast-paced barPassion for the hospitality industryAbility to coach and train staff effectively on Standard Operating ProceduresExceptional grooming standards appropriate for a 5-star environmentFlexibility to work a rotating rosterExperience with bartending and mixologyStrong product knowledge and intermediate stakeholder management skillsHold a valid NSW RSA Competency CardWHAT WE OFFERWork-life balance, receive your roster 4 weeks in advanceComplimentary meals at our employee dedicated restaurantPaid parental leavePlease note this is a permanent full-time role consisting of 40 hours of work per week.
