Victoria Daly Regional Council runs a range of programs to engage the Indigenous communities.Victoria Daly Regional Council is looking for a full-time Operational Administration Officer based in Katherine, NT.The Operational Administration Officer provides a high level of administrative support for the Director of Operations and the team in a professional and efficient manner.More specifically, your responsibilities include but are not limited to:Oversee and coordinate email correspondence, calendar scheduling, appointment setting and financial monitoring for the Director of Operations.Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and track action items related to the operations department.Create and maintain document management systems for correspondence, reports and other forms of technical documentation the Operations Department may use.Draft correspondence as required and collect information and data to compile reports and papers.Plan and arrange travel itineraries, including accommodation, and logistics, including contingencies for all Operations Regional staff.Assist the Vehicles and Plant Coordinator to maintain the fleet management system.Assist the Record Management Coordinator develop and maintain an organised filing system tailored to each area within the Operations department.Maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion in all matters relating to the Operations department.Serve as the primary point of contact between the Director of Operations and internal/external stakeholders.
