You will be responsible for the overall upkeep and improvement of our grounds and gardens, as well as general maintenance of our park.You must enjoy working around people and be able to communicate easily and confidently. You will take pride in your appearance, be self-motivated, have an eye for detail, and a passion for maintenance.You are someone who has a friendly disposition, a willingness to carry out various tasks as required, and be available to be rostered over a 7-day rotating roster including weekends (days/times will vary each week). The position will provide you with variety and a rewarding role.REQUIREMENTSThe ideal candidate will have previous experience in property maintenance in a hospitality environment and the successful applicant will require a current Drivers Licence.You will be competent in the use of items such as:Ride on mowers.Hedge trimmers.Whipper snippers.General residential maintenance.High powered hand tools.Assist with other minor maintenance items across our park and accommodation.Ensure general repairs and maintenance are maintained in a timely manner.Amenities / Common Area Cleaning.The rate of pay for this role is based on the Hospitality General Award.If this sounds like you, or someone you know, wed love to hear from you.
