An exciting opportunity to join NABs Personal Banking Marketing function on a 12-month fixed term contract, to play a key role in driving the media strategy for Credit Cards and Personal Lending.Key Responsibilities:Manage the planning and implementation of the Credit Cards and Personal Lending media programsDrive sales revenue through the optimisation of above-the-line and digital performance mediaAnalyse key performance data, deriving insights to inform key planning and optimisation activityOur people are customer obsessed. Our mindset fosters innovation and creates strong, lasting customer relationships as we strive to be the most customer centric company in Australia and New Zealand.Customer Relationship Management:Build long-term relationships by understanding and adapting to changing customer needsYou will be tasked to find the simple solutions when things are complex or don''t make senseWe bring the right people together, knowing diverse ideas achieve moreIn the role of Senior Consultant, Media Personalisation, you will join the Personal Banking Marketing team thats doubling down on moving with speed and keeping it simple.Daily Responsibilities:Ensure the successful purchase of media within assigned marketing squadManage the media outputs of all 3rd party media agenciesEnhance media personalisation program utilising key mar-tech/ad-tech capabilityMaintain one-way, same-way approach to purchasing media across MarketingQualifications:Experienced Marketing professional (at least 7-years).Previous experience in a media role and previous experience in financial servicesAble to derive insights from data to make evidence-based decisions on media strategy including targeting, channel mix and tacticsExtensive media purchasing and personalisation experienceUnderstanding of key mar-tech/ad-tech toolsKnowledge of financial products and servicesOur Commitment to Diversity:A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone.
